Ceramic hot rollers can give you beautiful, sleek waves and curls with minimal damage to your hair. Ceramic hot rollers are generally much more forgiving to fragile hair strands than metallic hot rollers, which burn and weaken the hair shaft. Unlike metal, ceramic provides even heat distribution throughout the roller to prevent one area from getting too hot. Ceramic hot rollers also eliminate frizz, making curls shiny.
Instructions

Wash and condition hair as usual. Towel dry hair to remove excess moisture. Hair should be about 50 percent dry. Place the ceramic hot rollers to be heated.
2Apply a handful of mousse to your wet hair, and comb through to coat every strand. Section off hair with hair clips to make it easier to style.
3Take an inch-wide strand of hair and carefully wind it around the ceramic hot roller. Start winding up from the tips of your hair and move toward the roots. Secure the hot roller with the grips it came with. For added support, secure with bobby pins. Continue until all of your hair is rolled up with the ceramic hot rollers.
4Leave the hot rollers in your hair until they have cooled. For looser waves, remove the ceramic hot rollers before they have cooled completely.
5Use your fingers to comb out the curls. Apply a layer of hair spray to help keep the curls intact.
